| Shipping costs vary by item and are included in the item
descriptions. Shipping is automatically added to the shopping cart
when you add an item. If you are in the central Ohio area and would
like to pick up your item to save on shipping costs, please email
us for directions to our showroom.
Shipping prices good for continental USA customers. All others please email us for a shipping quote - but not all items are available for shipment to all countries. We gladly ship to APO and FPO addresses. We strive to ship all orders within 2-3 business days. If your order is delayed we will notify you immediately. We use FedEx, UPS, and USPS to find the best shipping rates and to keep your shipping costs low. |

| Returns and Replacements |
| Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you are unhappy
for any reason, please contact
us within 3 days to receive a return authorization number and
instructions.
If your item is damaged in transit we will replace it at no charge to you if you notify us immediately upon receipt. We do ask that you keep the box and all original packaging as we may need it to file a claim with the carrier. |
