| What is the difference between the Original Cigar Oasis and the Cigar Oasis Plus humidifiers? |
| The Original Cigar Oasis humidifier is recommended by the manufacturer for use when storing up to 500 cigars and uses a replaceable cartridge. However, if you plan on storing more than 500 cigars or prefer the convenience of not having to replace the cartridge, you may want to consider the Cigar Oasis Plus. |
| Can you tell me more about the electric humidification system (Cigar Oasis & Cigar Oasis Plus)? |
| Both Oasis systems are designed to keep the humidity inside your humidor at 70%, but are adjustable between 60 and 80%. They have flat ribbon power cords that plug into any standard outlet. |
| I received my humidor but the accessories weren't in the box. Where are they? |
| Our standard procedure is to ship the cabinet humidors via FedEx or UPS ground and the accessory box via USPS - so often one package will arrive before the other. We ship them separately for three reasons so that the glass in the humidor doesn't get broken and to keep your shipping costs as low as possible. |
